Company events and brand activations are priced on their own rate cards, because they ask for more than a party does: branded designs with revision rounds, insurance paperwork, invoicing, and often lead capture and custom builds. Here are both rate cards in full, what each includes, and how to tell which one fits your event.

Corporate or brand: which rate card is yours?

  • Corporate is a company hosting its own people: holiday parties, galas, employee appreciation, conferences and company milestones. See corporate photo booth rental.
  • Brand is a company putting its brand in front of customers: product launches, pop-ups, retail and sports activations, experiential marketing. See brand activation photo booths.

A company’s internal party is always corporate, even for a big brand. Weddings and private parties use our wedding and party rates.

What every corporate and brand booking includes

  • Delivery, setup and breakdown, and a professional attendant all event long
  • Unlimited sessions and instant sharing by text, email or QR code
  • A custom print template and screens in your branding, with up to 3 design revision rounds ($150 per extra round)
  • Your online gallery within 48 hours
  • A certificate of insurance naming your venue, and an invoice for your accounts team
  • Backup equipment on site

Brand activations usually add more: a full custom wrap on the Mochi Booth, branded touchscreens, digital stickers, lead capture and a post-event report. Those are quoted by scope; see custom builds and our guide to lead capture.

Add-ons on the corporate and brand cards

Custom photo trading cards are $1,950 for 100 on the corporate and brand cards. Keychains, magnets, custom backdrops and props are priced the same as for parties; see the add-ons page.

Travel, sales tax and payment

  • Travel is added by location and booth, and itemized in your quote.
  • Sales tax: printed photos and keepsakes make an order taxable in California. The 360 Booth is digital only, so it usually is not taxed.
  • Payment: a signed agreement and a 50% retainer hold your date; the balance is due 7 days before. Corporate and brand clients pay by Zelle, ACH or check. Card payments carry a 3% fee.
  • Cancellation: more than 30 days out, a full refund including the retainer; within 30 days, the retainer is non-refundable.
