Oceanfront resorts
The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel (Dana Point)
A clifftop resort with a ballroom and oceanfront lawns; the brand lists its largest space at up to 900 guests. After booking, the resort assigns a Special Events Manager as your contact, and we coordinate the booth spot and load-in with them. In October 2026 we set up a custom-wrapped Mochi Booth here for Anika and Kru’s wedding.
Montage Laguna Beach
The resort lists a 7,500 sq ft Grand Ballroom for up to 500 seated, a Gallery Ballroom for 240, and several lawns (Ocean, Seaview and Pacific) for 250 to 400. Lawn receptions mean planning for wind and shade; see our outdoor photo booth tips.
Huntington Beach hotels
Paséa Hotel & Spa
The Sapphire Ballroom is 8,400 sq ft (the hotel lists 720 guests) and opens onto the Ocean Lawn. A booth in the foyer between the two catches guests moving between cocktail hour and dinner.
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa
A large resort with several ballrooms and lawns, popular for big South Asian weddings; Zola lists capacity up to 1,200 seated. At that size, two booths or extra hours keep lines short. More in our Indian wedding photo booth guide.
Canyon estates
Rancho Las Lomas (Silverado)
A garden estate in the Silverado canyon with three main spaces: El Teatro and La Terraza (about 375 seated each) and the Grand Salon (about 220). Outdoor spaces mean confirming power and lighting for the booth area before the day.
Planning a photo booth at an OC venue
- Insurance: resorts and hotels usually ask for a vendor certificate of insurance; we send it directly.
- Load-in: hotel loading docks and service elevators have set times; we confirm them with the events team.
- Space: about 8 × 8 ft and one standard outlet per booth.
- Travel: a flat $150 anywhere in Orange County.
