Holiday parties get the attention, but summer picnics, employee appreciation days and company milestones are where a photo booth often works hardest: a relaxed crowd, teams who rarely see each other, and photos the company can actually use afterward. We photograph company events for clients including Netflix, Peacock, Life360 and the University of La Verne. Here is how to plan one.

A tax detail finance teams like
In California, physical prints make the order taxable. The 360 Booth is digital only, so a 360-only booking has no sales tax. If the budget is tight and the goal is social content, that can tip the decision.
Which booth for which event?
- Summer picnic or family day: the Glam Booth, so every employee takes home a print with their family. Kids love it.
- Employee appreciation or awards: the Glam Booth’s black-and-white portraits make everyone look polished, and the photos are good enough for internal comms.
- Culture and recruiting content: the 360 Booth’s slow-motion clips are made for the company’s social channels.
- Team-building twist: custom trading cards with each employee’s photo and “stats”: 100 cards are $1,950 for corporate events, with a dedicated station and attendant.
Make it on-brand
- Your logo, colors and event name on every print and digital share.
- A live slideshow of photos on a separate screen ($200).
- Branded props: signs with the company name or year, trophies for the award winners ($150).
- For something bigger, like a game station that prints stats, see our custom builds.
Outdoor and office setups
Picnics are usually outdoors: plan a level 8’ × 8’ spot with shade, power within reach and a wind plan, and keep the booth out of direct afternoon sun. Office events need a spot near an outlet and a load-in route that works with building security. See our outdoor tips and setup guide.
