Privacy Policy
LA GLAM BOOTH LLC · Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information LA GLAM BOOTH LLC ("we") collects through laglambooth.com, our emails and our booking documents, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Inquiry and booking details you give us: name, email, phone, event date, venue, guest count, budget, notes, billing name and address, and anything you write in emails to us.
- Agreements and payments: your electronic signature on our service agreement, and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Design files you send us (logos, artwork) for your event.
- Website usage: pages visited and ad-click information through Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, and Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam out of our forms.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, quote, prepare agreements and invoices, and run your event.
- To email or text you about your booking.
- To keep our business books and meet tax and legal obligations.
- To measure which of our ads work.
We use AI tools (Anthropic and Google) to help draft replies and organize booking details. Every client-facing message is reviewed by the owner before it is sent.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms: hosting and storage (Railway, Supabase, Google), email (Resend), text messages (Twilio), payments (Stripe), AI drafting (Anthropic, Google), and advertising measurement (Google, Meta). We share information when the law requires it. We never sell it.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number on our inquiry form, we may text you about your inquiry and booking: confirming we received it, quotes, scheduling and event-day logistics. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help, or email [email protected].
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above and are never shared with any third party; Twilio only delivers the messages for us.
Our own bank data
Our internal bookkeeping tool connects to the company's own bank accounts through Plaid with read-only access to transactions. It is used only by the owner and only for our own books. It does not connect to, or collect, any client's bank account.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Our admin system requires a password plus an authenticator code, records sensitive actions in an audit log, and is used only by the owner.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't become bookings are kept up to 3 years. Booking, agreement and payment records are kept 7 years for tax purposes. After that we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information. Our Google Ads and Meta Pixel tags may count as "sharing" for advertising under California law; you can opt out by blocking cookies, using your browser's Global Privacy Control, or emailing us. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
