For Yi and Lee's wedding on September 26, 2026, at a private venue on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, the photo booth had to feel like part of the design, not a rental pushed into a corner. We brought our white Mochi Booth, our new modern luxury photo booth, and customized it from top to bottom for the couple.
Yi + Lee, West Hollywood
Mochi Booth · Private venue, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood, CA
The couple's line, "YI + LEE = WE," with a small heart and their date, went on the front panel under the touchscreen and on both sides of the booth in clean black type, so the booth carried their wedding from every angle.
A booth that matches the room
The venue had exposed wood beams, white Dutch doors and a crystal chandelier, and a bright white booth fit that look. Its soft built-in lights flatter guests in every photo, and they also make the booth glow once the room gets darker in the evening. Set right under the chandelier, it became one of the photo spots of the night.
What "fully customized" means on the Mochi Booth
Couples often ask whether a photo booth can really be customized. On the Mochi Booth, nearly everything can:
- The booth itself: names, a monogram or your date on the panels, or a full wrap in your wedding colors
- The touchscreen: start and selection screens designed to match your invitation
- The prints: custom 2x6 strip or 4x6 print layouts with your names and date
- The fun part: digital stickers and drawing tools guests use to decorate their photos before printing
You don't need a design plan. Send us your invitation, a mood board or a few photos, and we design the details and send proofs before the wedding.
Planning a photo booth for a West Hollywood wedding
- Space: plan on about 8 by 8 feet and one standard outlet nearby
- Load-in: venues on the Sunset Strip often have tight loading and parking, so we confirm load-in times and access with your venue or planner ahead of time
- Placement: near the dance floor or a statement piece like a chandelier keeps the booth busy all night
- Paperwork: many venues ask vendors for a certificate of insurance, which we send directly to them
